Why Choose Us

Why Choose Our Specialized Termite Control in Damascus, OR

Professional Termite Control technician working in Damascus, OR

Licensed Termite Inspectors

Every inspection is conducted by a licensed WDO inspector, with reports formatted for lenders and closings when needed.

Rapid Scheduling for Active Infestations

When a Damascus, OR customer reports a swarm or visible mud tubes, we move that inspection ahead of routine requests.

Transparent Treatment Pricing

You'll see the full cost of liquid termiticide or bait station installation before we start — priced by linear foot of foundation, not guesswork.

Professional-Grade Treatment Systems

We install non-repellent liquid termiticide barriers and in-ground bait stations, backed by moisture meters and acoustic detection tools. Beyond the treatment itself, you'll get a documented moisture assessment, since damp foundation zones are usually the first areas termites return to.

Service Solutions

Termite Control in Damascus, OR: Comprehensive Solutions

Subterranean Termite Barrier Treatment

Non-repellent liquid termiticide applied along the foundation perimeter, engineered to eliminate the colony through contact transfer.

In-Ground Bait Station Systems

Monitoring stations placed at intervals around the structure, checked on a schedule to intercept colonies before they reach the building.

Drywood Termite Spot & Structural Treatment

Localized injection and, when needed, structural fumigation for drywood termites living inside wood members rather than the soil.

WDO Inspection Reports for Real Estate

Licensed inspection documentation formatted to lender and closing requirements, delivered within the timeline your transaction needs.

Termite Damage Assessment & Repair Referral

We document structural damage with photos and moisture readings, then connect you with repair contractors if needed.

Pre-Construction & New Build Soil Treatment

We treat soil and foundation footings pre-pour so new builds start with a termite barrier already in place. We cross-check readings with a second meter on any borderline case, since termite treatment decisions shouldn't rest on a single instrument.

FAQ

Termite Control Questions From Damascus Customers

Trusted Termite Control service in Damascus, OR - Nex Pest Control

Subterranean termites live in soil and travel via mud tubes into structures; drywood termites live entirely inside wood, requiring no soil contact.

Cost varies by foundation size and whether liquid barrier or bait stations are used; we quote in writing after seeing the property.

A wood-destroying organism report is commonly required for financing; we issue licensed reports formatted for that purpose.

Modern termiticide treatments are designed for long-term colony elimination, generally backed by a multi-year warranty.

DIY treatments often scatter the colony instead of eliminating it, which complicates professional treatment down the line.

Swarmers are reproductive termites leaving a mature colony to start new ones — seeing a swarm usually means an established colony is nearby. It's also worth scheduling an annual re-inspection even after treatment, since new conducive conditions like grading changes can develop over time.

Damascus /dəˈmæskɪs/ is a census-designated place and former city in Clackamas County, Oregon, United States. Established in 1867, it was incorporated in 2004 in an effort to enable local land use decision-making control by the community. Its residents voted to disincorporate in 2016, and, after a legal challenge, its disincorporation was completed in 2020. Damascus is located east of Happy Valley and Interstate 205 and west of Boring. The population was 10,539 residents as of the 2010 census.
